摘要
测试了再生涤纶纤维纱的性能,包括强伸性、弹性回复率、毛羽指数和条干均匀度等指标,并与相同线密度的涤纶纱、涤棉混纺纱与纯棉纱进行了对比分析.结果表明,涤纶纱的断裂强度最高,其次是涤棉混纺纱和再生涤纶纤维纱,后两者的断裂强度相近;再生涤纶纤维纱的弹性回复率小于涤纶纱,毛羽多于涤纶纱且毛羽长度为3 mm,4 mm和5 mm时再生涤纶纱的毛羽指数较大;再生涤纶纤维纱条干的CV值大于纯棉纱,小于涤纶纱,与涤棉混纺纱相近.
The preliminary study is done of the performance of recycled polyester fiber yarns, including the test of yarn strength and elongation, flexibility, hairiness index, unevenness and uniformity index. At the same time, with the same line density polyestercotton blended yarns, pure cotton yam, polyester yam were analyzed and compared. The results show that the elastic recovery rate of recycled polyester fiber yarn is less than ordinary polyester yarn. The yarn hairiness of recycled polyester fiber is more than that of ordinary polyester yam, and when single measured hairiness length is 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, the hairiness index are greater. The yarn unevenness CV of recycled polyester fiber is larger than that of cotton yarn and smaller than that of ordinary polyester yarn and similar to that of polyester-cotton blended yarns.
