摘要
中国石油长庆油田分公司坪北经理部工会组织为服务企业大局、服务职工群众,在围绕服务和谐稳定,在推进企业文化建设上做出努力时,进一步深化"两访"活动;突出抓好三项特色工作;积极组织文化体育活动。在围绕服务生产经营,在提高职工队伍素质上下工夫时,深入开展"学习十八大,当好主人翁"群众性大讨论活动;掀起主题劳动竞赛热潮;全面提高职工队伍素质。在围绕服务职工群众,在维护职工合法权益方面有具体举措时,着力加强基层民主管理;切实维护职工合法权益;开展职工心理援助行动。
Based around service for maintaining harmony and stability, the labor union of Pingbei Management De- partment of Changqing Oilfield Company continues to deepen ＂two visits＂ activity, complete three featuring tasks and actively launch culture and sports activities so as to advance enterprise culture. Based around service for produc- tion and management, it carries out in a deep--going way the discussion campaign of ＂learning the spirit of 18th Par- ty Congress and be a good master＂ and stirs up its employees to take part in theme labor contest so as to improve their quality in an all--round way. Based around service for its employees, it puts efforts into the management of grassroots democracy, the safeguard of its employees＂ lawful rights and interests and the implementation of psycho- logical assistance for them.
