摘要
应用Folch法和薄层层析(TLC)技术分析比较了鲢鱼(Hypephthatmichtys motitrlx)、草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)、鳙鱼(Aristichthys nobilis)、鳊鱼(Megalobrama amblycephala)四种湖北产淡水鱼头部、背肌、腹肌、内脏四部分脂质的含量与组成。结果表明,鲢鱼、草鱼、鳙鱼、鳊鱼的头部和内脏脂质含量显著性地高于腹肌和背肌,在四种鱼中,鲢鱼头部和内脏脂质含量都是最高的,草鱼的腹肌和背肌中脂质含量都是最低的。TLC分析结果表明,四种淡水鱼各部位脂质组成中除了中性脂质外还含有极性脂。
The lipids distribution and composition in the head, belly flap, dorsal muscle and viscera from four spe- cies of cultured fresh water fish in Hubei province, silver carp ( Hypephthatmichtys motitrlx), grass carp ( Cteno- pharyngodon idellus), bighead carp (Aristichthys nobilis) and bream (Megalobrama amblycephala) were analyzed and compared by using Folch method and thin layer chromatography (TLC). Results of lipids analyzing showed that contents of lipids in head and viscera were significantly higher than in belly flap, dorsal muscle, the contents in head and viscera were both the highest in silver carp and the contents in belly flap and dorsal muscle were both the lowest in grass carp. TLC results showed that lipids from different parts of the four species of fish also contained some polar lipids except neutral lipids.
