摘要
阐述了如何利用云计算技术构建我国开放存取体系,提出开放存取建设的云计算模型,指出通过营运机构方、资源提供方及普通用户方三方协作,将我国开放存取资源建设成"异地同步建设""即建即用""分散建设,共同使用"体系,可以较好地解决开放存取建设中存在的资金、技术、人力缺乏等问题,是一种适合我国国情的开放存取资源建设新模式。
： The paper elaborates how to construct cloud computing-based open access resources system of China, puts forward a cloud computing model for open access resource construction and points out that through the collaboration of three parties of operating agency, resource provider and common user, open access resource system in China can be constructed which is synchronously built in deferent places, constructed-used, and dispersedly constructed and common used. This can solve the questions of deficiencies in funds, technology, human resources in the construction of open access resources in China. It is a new model of open access resources con- struction suitable to China＇s national situation.
