摘要
为了研究高海拔地区特高压直流输电工程的无线电干扰对环境影响情况,在楚雄换流站调试阶段直流不同功率情况下对楚雄换流站、直流输电线路和附近居民点的无线电干扰进行了测量。分析结果显示:随着直流功率的增加各测点的无线电干扰测试值随之增加,但测试值均低于55 dB(μV/m),满足行业标准DL/T 1088—2008和国家环保总局环境影响批复文件的要求。揭示选取的监测点在楚雄换流站调试阶段无线电干扰对环境的影响在国家规定范围内。
In order to understand the impact of radio interference of ±800 kV HVDC transmission project on the environment at high altitude, the radio interferences at Chuxiong converter station and DC transmission lines as well as nearby settlements were measured respectively under different DC power in the debugging stage of Chuxiong converter station. The results show that the radio interferences at all measuring points increased with the increase of DC power, but all of the measured values were lower than 55 dB(μV/m), meeting the industrial standard DL/T 1088--2008 and the environmental requirement in the government document for the project.
