摘要
介绍了风电机组主轴承中滚子尺寸、保持架结构确定的原则及套圈、保持架材料的性能要求,运用有限元分析软件对该轴承的结构及保持架的强度、刚性进行了校核计算;运用转盘轴承计算软件对轴承寿命进行了校核计算,并在此基础上完善了轴承的结构设计,消除了由于轴承结构和保持架的刚性不足造成轴承早期失效的因素。
The principle of determining roller size and cage structure, technical requirements of ring and cage material are introduced for main bearings in wind turbines. The strength and stiffness of bearing structure and cage, bearing life are calculated and checked respectively with FEA software and slewing bearing calculation software. Based on the cal- culations, the structure design of the bearing is improved, eliminating the factors of premature failure caused by insuffi- cient stiffness of bearing structure and cage.
