摘要
针对监测光伏逆变器实际运行性能的需求,以多功能高速采集卡和工控机为硬件环境,以LabVIEW为上位机软件建立了基于虚拟仪器技术的逆变器运行状态监测系统,实现了对光伏逆变器的输入DC电量以及输出AC电量的实时可视化监测和分析。详细介绍了软件并行结构设计、逆变器电能质量分析、各环节效率检测的算法和实现方式。测试结果和实用效果表明整个系统在数据采集、分析、显示和存储等方面都具有优良的性能,体现了虚拟仪器在此检测系统中的优越性。
To meet the need for evaluating the performance of grid-tied PV inverters, this paper builds a virtual instrument-based PV inverter monitoring system, whose hardware is based on high speed data acquisition card and industrial personal computer, and software is developed using LabVIEW. The system can measure and analyze the input DC parameters and the output AC parameters of a PV inverter in real time and visually. The software designing method, power quality analysis algorithm and power conversion efficiency calculation method are described in detail. Experimental and operational results prove the system' s superiority in terms of data acquisition, analysis, visualization and storage.
