文章介绍马大正教授运用药对治疗妊娠疑难病的临床经验:生白术—生山药健脾润肠以通便,大腹皮—茯苓皮健脾行气以利水,白术—薏苡仁健脾利湿治消食,白糖—乌梅养肝和胃治干呕,大黄—菊花清热泻火治恶阻,丝瓜络—竹茹—桑寄生柔筋通络治疼痛,木贼—苎麻根疏风清热治外感,木蝴蝶—甘松疏肝理气治胃痛,并举医案以例证。
The paper enumerates the famous doctor MA Da-zheng＇s experiences in treating stubborn pregnancy disease with herb pairs, for example Raw atractylodes-Raw yam in strengthening the spleen and moistening the intestines to facilitate feces excretion, pericarpium arecae-poria peel in strengthening the spleen, activating qi to excrete water, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae- Coix Seed in invigorating the spleen and draining dampness to help digestion, white sugar-smoked plum in invigorating the liver and harmonizing the stomach to stop vomiting, rheum off^inale-chrysanthemum in clearing away heat and reducing fire to stop pernicious vomiting, loofah sponge-caulis bambusae in taeniam-parasitic loranthus in softening the tendon and dredging the collaterals to kill pain, scouring rush-ramie root in expelling wind and cleating away heat to stop the exterior syndrome, oroxylum indicum-rhizoma nardostachyos in relieving liver to smooth Qi to stop stomachache, et al. The proven cases were presented.
