摘要
通过阅读古籍文献,文章从饮食不节、脾胃虚弱、痰凝心脉、痰瘀结聚心脉等4个方面进行整理分析,探讨冠心病痰瘀衍变的形成机制,认为其痰瘀衍变的根本原因在于外为饮食失节所伤,内则脾胃虚弱,运化失职,正气不足,痰浊内生,终致痰凝血瘀胶伏心脉而斑块自成。指出冠心病痰瘀衍变以心、脾和血脉为主要病变部位,以痰凝和血瘀为其病理关键,而"因痰致瘀,痰凝血瘀"是其发展的必然趋势。
By reading ancient literature, to study the forming mechanism of evolution of phlegm and blood stasis in coronary heart disease, from four aspects including improper diet, weakness of the spleen and stomach, phlegm accumulation in the heart, phlegm coagulation and blood stasis in the heart. The basic reason is the improper diet and weakness of spleen and stomach, which leads to the disorder of transportation, the deficiency of vital qi, inner rising of the phlegm turbid, ultimately the accumulation of phlegm and blood in the heart. It points out that the injury tissue and organs of phlegm and blood stasis are the heart, spleen and blood pulse, the main pathology is phlegm and blood stasis. And the phlegm coagulation and blood stasis is the inevitable development in coronary heart disease.
