摘要
通过分析地方政府决策程序法治化的意义及地方政府决策程序存在的问题,提出了从立法、合法性审查和制度保障等方面实现地方政府决策程序法治化的具体措施,以期对我国地方政府决策机制的完善有所裨益。
In this paper,through the analysis of the significance of the decision-making process of local governments under the rule of law and the problems in the local government decision-making process,the author puts forward some specific measures for local government decision-making procedures under the rule of law from the aspects such as legislation,legal review and system guarantee in order to help to improve the local government decision-making mechanism in China.
