摘要
前置系统是电力调度自动化系统的重要组成部分,主要承担了调度自动化系统主站端与厂站端之间实时数据通信处理任务,信息交换、命令传递、规约的组织和解释、通道的编码与解码、卫星对时、采集资源的合理分配等基本任务。随着调度监控人员对厂站实时信息准确性和实时性要求的不断提高,调度自动化前置系统在快速性、灵活性、稳定性等方面也有了更高的要求。文中从前置系统的配置方式入手,详细论述了现有条件下优化前置系统配置的方法,开拓了前置系统配置的新思路。
Front-end System (FES) is an important part of the power dispatching mainly responsible for basic tasks such as real-time data communication processing bet tion and sub-station of dispatching automation system, information exchange, order d automation system, ween the master sta- elivery, organization and interpretation of the statute, channel encoding and decoding, timing synchronization, rational alloca- tion of collecting resources. With the dispatcher and supervisor^s increasing requirements for accuracy and practicality of real-time information of the sub-stations, comes a higher requirement for the rapidity, flexi- bility and stability of the FES. Starting from the configuration of the FES, this paper discusses in details the methods optimizing the configuration of the FES under current conditions, explores a new way to the configuration of the FES.
