摘要
经过多火次锻造得到具有均匀细小等轴组织的TA5钛合金棒材,在600~800℃范围内对其进行不同温度和不同保温时间的退火热处理,研究不同热处理工艺对其显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,热处理温度在700~750℃,保温时间在60~90min之间时,得到的组织为更加均匀的等轴组织;棒材的抗拉强度为740MPa左右,屈服强度在595MPa左右,延伸率在14%左右,强度和塑性达到较好的匹配。
The effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TA5 ti- tanium alloy bars were studied. And the tested TA5 alloy bars had uniform equiaxed microstructure after the process of repeated firing forging. The temperature range of heat treatments were from 60℃0℃ to 800 ℃. The results show that the microstructure of TA5 alloy bars will be more uniform when the heat treatment temperature from 700℃ to 750℃ and the holding time from 60 rain to 90 min. Under such process condition, the tensile strength is about 740 MPa, the yield strength is about 595 MPa, elongation is about 14%. The strength and plasticity can reach a good match.
