汽轮发电机定子半线圈的设计

摘要 发电机定子半线圈端部展开图应为渐开线,传统设计方法用渐伸线代替渐开线,有一定误差。现介绍的汽轮发电机定子半线圈的计算机设计、计算方法,利用计算机在设计方面的高精度及软件CAXA电子图板中公式曲线功能,精确快速地设计了端部渐开线,其设计速度和精度远远高于传统的近似设计方法,实现了汽轮发电机定子半线圈图纸的快速精确设计。 The spread drawing of turbogenerator stator half-coil end should be evolvent. The traditional design method has some errors because similar evolvent is used to replace exact evolvent. This paper introduces a design and calculation method of turbogenerator stator half-coil by using computer. This method can utilize the formula curve function of CAXA software to quickly and accurately design coil end evolvent based on high-precision design of computer. The speed and accuracy of design are much higher than that of traditional similar method. It has realized quick and accurate design of turbogenerator stator half-coil.
