摘要
为提高矿井井下的环境监控力度和安全管理水平,提出了以STM32F103VET6微控制器为核心的新型便携式多气体检测仪的设计;采用红外式原理和电化学原理对多种气体同时进行检测,运用RFID技术实现地址标签信息采集和无线数据发送;提出了检测仪研究中的原理框图、硬件电路设计和软件平台设计;在硬件调试后,表明电源能安全地供电;气体采集结果误差在允许的范围内,并通过无线传输方式和地面进行通信,使检测仪在矿井下有良好的应用价值。
A design scheme of a new portable multi-gas detector based on STM32F103VET6 microcontroller is proposed in this paper to improve the Environmental monitoring efforts and the safety management of mine.By using infrared sensors and electrochemical sensors to detect multi-group gases simultaneously.Utilize the RFID to realize positional landmark detecting and wireless communication.This paper provides the schematic,hardware and software in the study of detector.After the hardware debugged,the results show that the battery can supply power safely.The gas test tesults show that the error is allowed.Through the mean of wireless transmission can correspond with centre controller,makes the detector has very good application value in the mine.
