摘要
福建省漳浦县2011年起实施农业部万亩早稻高产创建示范项目,以主攻早稻单产为突破口,以主推优良品种和先进技术为主抓手,创新思路,取得了显著的增产增效和示范辐射效果,带动了全县粮食生产的稳定发展。主要做法:加强领导、创新机制、政策配套、技术培训与指导、良种良法和督导考核;主要经验:组织保障是关键、政策扶持是动力、技术指导是支撑、优良品种是基础、技术创新是通道。
A demonstrative project from Agriculture Ministry to establish a large area high-yield mode for early rice has beer carried out since 2011 in Zhangpu County of Fujian Province. This project created the thinking and aimed to the break- through point to increase the rice yield in unit area, adopted the practices to popularize the good varieties and advanced tech- nology, and achieved the effectiveness of remarkable yield increase and demonstration radiation, brought stable developmenl of grain production in Zhangpu County. The main measures in this project were strengthening the leadership, innovatin~ mechanism, policy support, technical training and guidance, application technique on fine seed and fine method, anc strengthening supervision and evaluation; the main experience were to pay attention in the rings of organization, policy sup- port, technical guidance, good variety and technological innovation.
