由熔体直接纺丝成网是一种重要的非织造布生产工艺,目前其产量已占非织造布总产量的近一半。在熔体纺丝成网系统中,接收装置用于接收纺丝系统产生的纤维并形成非织造纤网,辊筒接收主要用于熔喷系统,而各种形式的成网机则是目前最主要的接收装置。本文对辊筒式装置和成网机的结构特点、运行方式及分类等进行了详细介绍。
Spunmelt is one of the most important processes for nonwovens production, and has nearly half of the nonwovens output around the world. In this kind of production line, roller fiber receiving device is used in meltblown equipment, while a variety of web former are the mainly used devices. The structure feature, operation mode, classification, as well as advantages and disadvantages of roller receiving device and web former were introduced in detail in this article.
