摘要
目的探讨肾特异性钙黏附蛋白(Ksp-cadherin)、β-链蛋白(β-catenin)和生存素在肾透明细胞癌(RCCC)中的表达及其相关性。方法免疫组化SP法检测73例RCCC组织标本中Kspcadherin、β-catenin和生存素的表达,分析其相关性。结果随着病理分级和临床分期的增高,β-catenin胞质和生存素阳性表达率升高(P<0.01),而β-catenin胞膜阳性表达率下降(P<0.05)。Ksp-cadherin表达在不同的病理分级和临床分期中无统计学差异(P>0.05)。β-Catenin胞质表达与生存素表达呈正相关性(r=0.475,P<0.05),β-catenin胞膜表达与生存素表达呈负相关性(r=-0.390,P<0.05),β-catenin胞质表达与β-catenin胞膜表达呈负相关性(r=-0.540,P<0.01)。Ksp-cadherin表达与β-catenin、生存素表达均无相关性。结论β-Catenin和生存素可作为预测RCCC患者生物学行为和预后的重要指标。
Objective To explore the expressions of kidney-specific cadherin（Ksp-cadherin）, β-catenin,and survivin in renal clear cell carcinoma （Rccc） and their correlations. Methods The expressions of Ksp-cadherin, β-catenin and survivin were detected by immunohis-tochemical SP method in 73 samples of RCCC tissues and their correlations were analyzed. Results As pathological grade and clinical stage increased, the positive expression rates of β-catenin in cytoplasm and survivin but not Ksp-cadherin,were increased（P〈0. 01）, while the positive expression rate of β-catenin in membrane was decreased（P〈0. 05）. The expression of β-catenin in cytoplasm was positively correlated with that of survivin（r=0. 475, P〈0. 05）, which in membrane was negatively correlated with that of survivin （r=-0. 390, P〈0. 05）. The expression of β-catenin in cytoplasm was negatively correlated with that of β-catenin in membrane（r=-0. 540, P〈0. 01）. Ksp-cadherin expression had no correlation with the expressions of β-catenin and survivirh Conclusion β-Catenin and survivin may be taken as the important indicators for predicting biological behavior and prognosis of RCCC.
