摘要
促进早产儿经口喂养是新生儿重症监护室(NICU)住院早产儿管理的重点,经口喂养成功与否决定早产儿能否顺利完成从肠外营养-管饲喂养-经口喂养的转换。经口喂养能有效改善住院早产儿近期和远期预后。笔者拟就早产儿经口喂养支持技术的相关理论、评估方法及干预措施,进行综述如下。
The primary goal of care for premature infants during hospitalization in the neonatal intensive care unit（NICU）is to promote oral feeding.The success of oral feeding decide a premature infant transform from parenteral nutrition and gavage to oral feeding,smoothly.Furthermore,successful oral feeding will effectively improve short-term and long-term prognosis of hospitalization premature infants.The purpose of this article is to summarize the literature regarding theories,assessment and interventions of oral feeding.
