摘要
反腐倡廉,建设廉洁政治是各国政府和政党面临的共同难题,也是当前我国政治建设的重点和努力的方向。本文认为,廉洁政治不仅要求公职人员廉洁从政,奉公守法,不以权谋私,也要求政府以民为本,清正廉洁,不滥用职权,同时,也要求政治过程、政治生活依法依规范、公开透明、清正清明。干部清正是基础,政府清廉是关键,政治清明是核心。当前反腐败必须致力于实现"干部清正"、"政府清廉"、"政治清明",建设廉洁政治。文章对当前反腐败及廉洁政治建设的重点、路径和方式进行分析,强调反腐倡廉的重点在于制度建设,核心是"将权力关进制度的笼子",并就此提出了系列对策和建议。
Anti-corruption and building a clean politics become a common problem faced by governments and political parties, and also the current focus and direction of China＇s political development. Building a clean politics, not only requires that public officials are honest, law-abiding, no abuse of power for personal gains, but also the government is uncorrupted and upright to the people, no misuse of authority, and the political process and political life are according to the law, open and transparent, to be political probity. It is needed that honest cadres are the foundation, the clean government is the key and political probity is the core for building a clean politics. The article analyzes the focus, paths and ways on the current anticorruption and building a clean politics, emphasizes that the key point is institutional improvement and ＂ shutting the power into the cage of the institution＂ is the core of the anti-corruption policy and makes a series of countermeasures and suggestions.
