摘要
目的探讨血清促绒毛膜性腺激素(HCG)与孕酮(PRO)联合检测对异位妊娠治疗方案的选择和保守治疗疗效观察的价值。方法回顾性观察我院保守治疗的250例异位妊娠患者资料进行分析,根据治疗效果分为成功组和失败组,分别为237例和13例,比较两组血清的HCG和PRO水平。结果成功组治疗前血清中的HCG与PRO水平明显低于失败组(p<0.005),治疗后4、7、14天血清中的HCG与PRO水平成功组显著低于失败组(p<0.001)。结论血清HCG与孕酮联合检测对异位妊娠治疗方案的选择和保守治疗的疗效观察是一个很好的筛选和监测指标。
Objective To investigate the value of serum chorionic gonadotropin （HCG） and progesterone （PRO） combined detection in oectopic pregnancy treatment on selection of treatment program and curative effect observation of conservative treatment. Methods 250 cases of ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment were retrospectively analyzed, according to the results of treatment were divided into success and failure group, with 237 cases and 13 cases respectively, compared two groups of serum HCG and PRO levels. Results In success group before treatment, HCG and PRO levels in the serum was significantly lower than the failure group （p 〈 0. 005）, HCG and PRO levels 4,7,14 days after treatment in success group were significantly lower than that in the serum of the failure group （p 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion For selection of treatment program and observing curative effect of conservative treatment, combined detection of HCG and PRO are all very good screening and monitoring index of ectopic pregnancy.
