摘要
目的了解我国护理研究的热点、护理研究工作的开展及成果产出现状,为更好地开展护理科研提供依据。方法统计三届中华护理学会科技奖的获奖数量、地域分布、获奖成果类别及获奖项目负责人职务;结合图表进行描述性分析。结果三届中华护理学会科技奖的101项获奖项目中,一、二、三等奖分别为7项、24项、70项;排名前三位的地区分别为北京15项、上海14项、江苏10项;排在前三位的研究领域分别为专科护理类35项、护理管理类21项、护理教育类13项;第3届获奖的40项成果负责人中38人为医院或高校管理人员。结论我国护理研究获奖成果数量有限,高质量的成果不多;获奖项目地区分布广泛,呈现区域集中趋势。但新的研究热点不断涌现、研究内容不断深入,体现出我国护理事业发展趋势喜人,但今后的工作应努力提高护理人员科研素养,营造科学严谨的科研氛围,推动我国护理科研更好的发展。
Objective To provide a better basis for future nursing research work by understanding the general condition and hot pots of nursing research, as well as its past achievements. Methods We counted the numbers of projects which won the Science and Technology Awards of the Chinese Nursing Association （CNA）, and analyzed and described the geographical distribution of award winners, the categories of the awarded projects, and the positions of leaders of awarded projects, with the assistance of graphs and charts. Results As of the 3rd Science and Technology Awards of the CAN held in 2013, a total of 101 projects have won the award, among which, 7 won the first prize, 24 the second, and 70 the third. The most winning projects are from in Beijing, with a total number of 15, followed by 14 from Shanghai of and 10 from Jiangsu. The first 3 award-winning research fields are specialty-orien- ted nursing （35 projects）, nursing administration （21） and nursing education （13）. Among 40 project leaders, 38 are administra- tors of hospitals or colleges. Conclusion In China, only a limited number of nursing research projects win an award; projects generating high quality outcomes are in a scarcity, The award-winning projects have a wide distribution across China, while the re- search fields enjoy a central tendency. The emergence of hot research areas and in-depth research contents reflect the promising de- velopment in nursing field. However, further work should focus on promoting the scientific research quality of nurses and creating a meticulous atmosphere to better the development of nursing research in China.
