摘要
针对目前水利信息化面临的各种问题,基于本体论分析讨论了建立水利本体的必要性,将本体论引入水利工程领域,并提出构建水利本体的建模要素及相关方法,根据本体构建原则和建模原语初步设想建立水利领域的本体。研究结果可解决目前部分水利知识管理面临的问题,也对未来水利信息化建设及管理具有重要的指导意义。
Based on Ontology, the necessity of building hydraulic ontology are analyzed and discussed for solving various problems of water resource informatization at present. Ontology is introduced into water conservancy engineering, and the modeling elements and correlation methods of hydraulic ontology are proposed. Hydraulic ontology is tried to build in the field of water conservancy on the basis of principles of ontology and modeling primitives. Some problems about knowledge management in water conservancy can be solved by research results, and there are important guiding significance on construction and management of the future water resource informatization.
