摘要 通过含泥粉细砂的模拟注浆试验,分析了化学注浆的加固效果,并探讨了注浆效果与其影响因素之间的相关关系。研究结果表明:对含泥粉细砂层进行化学注浆时,注浆压力、地层渗透系数及浆液黏度是影响注浆效果的主要因素,其中注浆压力的影响最为显著。通过适当增大注浆压力,改进浆液配方,减小浆液黏度,可获得良好的注浆效果。 By the simulated grouting test on mud-bearing sand layer, the reinforcement effect of chemical grouting was analyzed, and the correlation between the grouting effect and its influencing factors were discussed. The result shows that, when applying chemical grouting to mud-bearing fine sand layer, the grouting pressure, permeability coefficient of strata, and slurry viscosity are the main factors affecting the grouting effect, in which the grouting pressure has the most significant influence. By appropriately increasing grouting pressure, improving slurry formulations, reducing the viscosity of slurry, good grouting effect may be reached.
