摘要
液化天然气(LNG)气化器是接收站气化系统的关键设备,介绍了SCV和ORV两种类型的LNG气化器及各自特点。阐述了国内外接收站工程设计标准规范中,关于气化器平面布置的原则和管道设计中应遵循的原则和应注意的问题。介绍了气化器设备布置对安全间距的要求,分析了气化器工艺流程对阀门设置的要求,从管道材料、柔性设计和保冷结构三方面说明了LNG低温管道设计的特点,从管道设计方面和LNG泄漏收集措施两方面对气化器装置区防泄漏措施进行了分析总结。给出了两种气化器的平面布置方案,并对管道设计注意事项进了总结。
LNG vaporizers are the key equipments in vaporization facility of LNG receiving terminal. The characteristics of SCV and ORV are introduced. The principles in the applicable codes and standards which should be followed in the engineering design of LNG receiving terminals both in China and abroad are described. The requirements for vaporizer safety spacing are introduced. The requirement of vaporizer process on the valve layout is analyzed. The LNG cryogenic piping design is studied in respect of piping material, flexibility design, and cold insulation. The measures for leaking prevention in vaporizer area are considered in the design. Plot plans for SCV and ORV are illustrated and some precautions and considerations are reviewed.
