摘要
亚健康问题已成为21世纪的重大课题。中医学从"治未病"的角度对亚健康状态的认识和干预有独到之处,也发现了不少干预方法和治疗手段,并取得了良好效果,从近年来的研究文献中可见中医在亚健康诊治上已取得了较大进展。就近年中医对亚健康的认识以及在临床分型、诊断和治疗方法的研究进展予以综述,以期有助于今后开展进一步的研究。
Sub -health condition has become a major research subject of the twenty -first century. Traditional Chi- nese medicine has its unique understanding and intervening measures on this issue from the view of its preventive treat- ment of disease. Quite a few intervening modalities and therapeutic methods were found and have got satisfactory result. It is showed from documents of recent years that great progress has been made in diagnoses and treatment for sub - health condition by traditional Chinese medicine. This review focuses on the research progress of pathogenesis, clinical differenti- ation types,diagnosis and therapeutic methods of sub - health condition by traditional Chinese medicine in the past few years, exDectin~ to contribute to further studies in the future.
