摘要
为便捷使用矢量网络分析仪完成自动化测量,提出了利用其COM组件对象模型实现程序控制矢量网络分析仪的方法。以41所生产的矢量网络分析仪为例,使用COM组件开发了电缆特性自动测试记录系统。测试结果表明,此种方法实用有效,执行速度优于SCPI命令控制矢量网络分析仪的方法。
In order to use vector network analyzer conveniently for automatic measurement, a method of controlling vector network analyzer using its com component object model is proposed. Illustrated by the case of 41 Institute＇s vector network analyzer, create an automatic measurement sytem for cable characteristic testing with com component. The testing results demonstrate that this method is practical and effective, furthermore, it executes more faster than the method of controlling vector network analyzer with SCPI command.
