摘要
在分析起重机整体结构受力状况的基础上,选择工字梁为关键件,基于ANSYS软件,对悬臂进行静力学和可靠性分析。结果表明,危险部位安全系数分布不均匀,整体可靠性低。指出了起重机的易损部位,这对提高构件的可靠度及新零件的设计有一定的参考意义。
Based on the analysis of crane structure stress state , the lifting beam is chosen as the key part .By use of ANSYS software ,the static and fatigue reliability analysis of the lifting beam is carried out .The results show the overall reliability of the crane is low .This study is of certain significance to improve the reliability of cranes .
