摘要
通过对中华人民共和国国家知识产权局网站、中国知网专利数据库和SooPAT专利检索网站1985-2012年护理领域的专利进行检索,分别对专利申请总量、申请年度分布、申请地区分布、专利技术分类等进行描述性统计分析,为今后制订知识产权战略提供参考和依据。
The authors searched all the nursing patents from 1985 to 2012 through several database, including website of State Intellectual Property Ofifce of the P.R.C., patent of CNKI database and SooPAT patent retrieval website. Then they got the total amount of patents, year distribution status, regional distribution situation, and patent technology classiifcation by descriptive statistics analysis. It would provide reference for formulating intellectual property strategy.
