基于ENVISAT ASAR影像与QuikSCAT风场数据的近海风能资源评价--以香港东南海域为例 被引量:2

Evaluation of the Offshore Wind Resource in the Southeast of Hong Kong Based on ENVISAT ASAR Imageries and QuikSCAT Wind Data

摘要 以香港东南海域为试验区,利用2006-2009年39幅ENVISAT ASAR影像反演风速,并用QuikSCAT风场数据对反演结果进行验证。在此基础上,计算出研究区2006-2009年平均风功率密度,从空间分布的角度对风能资源进行评价;同时基于同期1 096幅QuikSCAT风场数据,绘制月平均风速时序变化图,从时间尺度上对风能资源进行评价。结果表明:1)综合使用ENVISAT ASAR影像和QuikSCAT风场数据可实现较高空间分辨率和高时间分辨率的结合;2)基于CMOD5模型的风速反演方法切实可行且精度较高;3)该海域风能资源丰富,可用于并网风力发电;4)该海域风速的季节变化规律明显,具体表现为冬、秋季风速较大,夏、春季风速较小。 Wind energy is a kind of clean and renewable energy,which is the emphasis of China's energy development strategy.Wind resource evaluation can provide decision basis for wind power generation.Based on the study area in the southeast of Hong Kong,39 scenes of ENVISAT ASAR imageries taken in the period from 2006 to 2009 are collected to retrieve wind speed and the wind speed inversion results are verified by QuikSCAT wind data.Then the average wind power density from 2006 to 2009 is calculated to evaluate the wind resource from spatial distribution aspect.In addition,the temporal variation of monthly-average wind speed is derived from 1 096 scenes of QuikSCAT wind data during the same period in order to evaluate the wind resource from time scale aspect.The results show that:1)The integrated use of ENVISAT ASAR imageries and QuikSCAT wind data is conductive to the combination of relatively high spatial resolution and high temporal resolution.2)It is feasible and relatively accurate to retrieve wind speed based on CMOD5 model.3)The wind resource in the sea area is rich,so that it can be applied to wind power generation.4)In the sea area,the seasonal variation of wind speed is obvious.Specifically,the wind speed is higher in winter and autumn,whereas it is lower in spring and summer.
