摘要
介绍了绿色建筑的发展历程、发展概况和国外发展绿色建筑的成功经验。分析了绿色建筑的"四节三优"特征。认为我国建筑业应尽快采用新技术和新方法营造绿色建筑,从而让建筑具有更好的生态环保性能,进而缓和城市化与环境之间的尖锐矛盾。
It introduces the development history and de- velopment situation of green building with the successful experi- ences of its oversea progress. Also it analyzes the features of green building by ＂Four Savings and Three Advantages＂. In the end, it is concluded that Chinese building industry should adopt new technologies and methods of constructing green building, in order to create the better nature of eeo - environment protection and ease the sharp conflict between city and environment.
