摘要
使用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、广角X-射线衍射仪(WAXD)和偏光显微镜(POM)研究了酰胺类成核剂TMB-5和N,N′-二环己基对苯二甲酰胺(DCHT)对嵌段共聚聚丙烯(PP-B)的β成核作用和力学性能的影响。结果表明:TMB-5和DCHT对PP-B有显著的β成核作用,且都能明显地提高PP-B的力学性能。当TMB-5和DCHT添加质量分数分别为0.10%和0.05%时,其β晶型相对含量都超过了60%,常温缺口冲击强度提高了100%,-15℃的缺口冲击强度提高了50%,拉伸强度提高了60%,断裂伸长率提高了55%。
β-nucleation and mechanical properties of PP-B with TMB-5 and DCHT nu- cleating agent were studied by DSC, WAXD and POM. The results show that both TMB-5 and DCHT have evident β-nucleating effect on PP-B, and also can increase the mechanical properties of PP-B obviously. The β crystal relative content exceeds 60%, notched impact strength at normal temperature and --15℃ increase by 100%,50%, tensile strength increases by 60%, and elongation at break increases by 55% when the mass fraction of TMB-5 is 0.10% and that of DCHT is 0.05%.
