摘要
《通信线务工程》是通信专业一门综合性和应用性较强的岗位能力课程。课程的教学目的不仅是理论知识的传授和实践技能的训练,更重要的是培养学生团队和服务意识,以及运用专业知识发现、分析和解决问题的能力。《通信线务工程》在教学内容、教学模式及方法、成绩评价和考核方式等方面仍面临一些难题,制约了课程教学目标的实现。优化课程教学内容、运用三段推进的教学模式和多元化的教学方法、构建以能力为主体及与岗位工作过程相结合的学生成绩考核机制等课程教学改革措施效果显著。还应建设与通信工程岗位"零距离"的实训环境。
Cable Engineering is a course with strong applications and integration in communication major. The teaching objective of this course is not only to impart knowledge and train practical skills, but also to cuhivate students team and service consciousness and the ability of finding, analyzing and solving problems. However, at present, the teaching contents, pattern and performance evaluation still face some problems, which restrict the realization of the curriculum objectives. Optimizing curriculum contents, using three-stage-upgrading teaching pattern and diverse teaching methods, constructing performance evaluation mechanism and zero-distance practical training environment have achieved some preliminary effects.
