摘要
目的:促进钙通道阻滞药(CCB)在基层医疗卫生机构的合理应用。方法:以药物流行病学方法回顾性调查2010年6月-2011年6月重庆市某基层医疗卫生机构内科高血压住院患者使用CCB的治疗情况并分析其合理性。结果 :共有2 045例高血压住院患者,多为重度或伴有心脑血管疾病。CCB处方共1 272张,占所有降压药物处方的50.00%。CCB单独应用处方630张,与其他降压药物联合应用处方642张,与其他两种或两种以上降压药物联合应用处方435张。药物选择多为短、中效CCB,长效CCB处方仅22张。结论:CCB在该医疗卫生机构高血压住院患者降压药物应用中处方量较大,其制剂选择和应用基本合理,但仍存在较为明显的CCB之间不合理的联用现象,应进一步加强对CCB的管理,促进合理用药。
OBJECTIVE： To promote the rational use of calcium channel blockers （CCB） in primary health institutions. METH-ODS ： The general information and clinical use of CCB in the inpatients of internal medicine department in a primary hospital of Chongqing were investigated retrospectively during the period of Jun. 2010 to Jun. 2011, using the methods of pharmacoepidemics. RESULTS： Among 2 045 cases of hypertension in department of internal medicine of the hospital, most of them were severe hyper-tension patients or complicating with other cerebral and cardiovascular diseases. There were a total of 1 272 prescriptions, account-ing for 50.00% of antihypertensive prescriptions. There were 630 prescriptions of CCB alone, 642 prescriptions of CCB combined with other antihypertensive drugs, 435 prescriptions of more than 2 kinds of CCB. Most of CCB used were short-acting or medi-um-acting preparations of CCB, and only 22 preparations were long-acting preparations of CCB. CONCLUSIONS： Large amount of CCB occupies are used in antihypertensive prescriptions of the primary hospital. The selection and application of preparations is reasonable basically, but irrational combination of CCB is still significant. The application of CCB should be further strengthened to promote rational drug use.
