猫豆与左旋多巴的检测及生产工艺研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 随着全球人口结构老龄化的不断加深,帕金森氏病也越来越侵扰老年人这一群体。目前全世界治疗帕金森氏病的主要药物是左旋多巴。市场上的左旋多巴主要是通过微生物酶转化法、化学合成法以及植物提取法等手段来获得高纯度产品。介绍猫豆这种含有天然左旋多巴(L-DOPA)的藜豆科属植物,并对目前生产左旋多巴方法的优劣性进行比较。另外,详细地介绍了国内外L-DOPA的检测方法。最后,对猫豆中左旋多巴的提取工艺提出了设想并进行展望。 With the deepening of the global population aging, Parkinson's disease is becoming more and more intrusive in the elderly. The dominant drug is treamaent for Parkinson's disease, around the worldis levodopa. On the market, levodopa is mainly by microbial enzymatic catalysis, chemical synthesis and exaa^on methods from the plants to obtain high purity products. Introduce on Mucuna seed that contains higher content of levodopa (L-DOPA), the advantages and disadvantages in current production processes of levodopa are comparexi In addition, the culrent analytical methods of L-DOPA fi'om the perspective of both at home and abroad were introduced in detail. Finally, the prospect on the extraction process of L-DOPA from the Mucuna seed are put forward.
