摘要
将氯化钙嫁接于葵花籽粕复合肽,进行复合肽螯合钙制备技术研究。结果表明,在螯合质量比(m(氯化钙)︰m(多肽液))为1︰8、pH为8.0、螯合温度为45℃的条件下,螯合反应20 min后肽钙螯合率达到57.1%,相关研究成果可为葵花籽粕的综合利用及产品开发开辟新途径。
The preparation technology of sunflower meal peptides calcium was studied Calcium chloride was grafted on complexes peptides prepared in the laboratory and traditional craft methods. The result showed that the chelation rate of peptide-calcium yielded 57.1%, under the condition of chelating mass ratio (m (calcium) : m (peptide solution)) 1 : 8, pH 8.0, the reaction temperature 45 ~C and the reaction time 20 min. Relevant results could open up new avenues for the comprehensive utilization and development of sunflower meal.
