PET-CT阴性血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤一例

摘要 患者 男,69岁.因双侧颈部淋巴结肿大1年余,加重伴腋窝、腹股沟淋巴结肿大3个月入住我科.患者于1年半前无明显诱因出现双侧颈部淋巴结肿大,同时伴有皮肤瘙痒,无其他不适.彩色超声示：双侧颈动脉鞘周围多发髓质消失肿大淋巴结,大者直径约2.0 cm;CT示双肺门影增大,可见团块状高密度影,纵隔内腔静脉后、气管前、主肺动脉窗可见肿大淋巴结,最大者直径约2.1 cm,未发现其他部位淋巴结肿大.
