摘要
介绍了10万t/a PVC扩建装置运行过程中出现的浆料过滤器堵塞、PVC杂质粒子数及残留VCM含量偏高、干燥装置粉尘大等问题,并提出了相应解决办法。
The problems occured during the running of 100 kt/a PVC expansion device were intro- duced,such as slurry filter blocking, high number of impurity particles in PVC, high residual VCM content and more dust in drying equipment, and the corresponding solutions were given.
