摘要
建立了高原型重型汽车驾驶室有限元模型,应用有限元软件对其基本力学性能进行了分析。分析结果确定,驾驶室强度及刚度均可满足使用要求。模态分析发现怠速时易与发动机产生共振,给企业提出了改进建议。
A plateau type of heavy vehicle cab finite element model, using finite element software to carry on the analysis to the basic me- chanical properties. The analysis results can be determined, and stiffness of the cab strength to meet the use requirements. Modal analysis re- sults to find the weak link in the structure design in the cab, found reasonable and the engine to produce resonance problem, to the enter- prises and improvement suggestions are put forward.
