土钉墙破坏方式的实践和原因分析 被引量:8

摘要 根据工程实际中遇到的土钉墙塌方的情况,把土钉墙的破坏方式分为三种,即局部破坏、整体破坏和土体破坏。实际工程表明:当土钉墙发生整体破坏时,土钉并没有完全拔出或者杆体拉断,而是局部拔出变形,土钉与面层连接部位发生破坏,进而土体和面层整体破坏,滑动体的顶部宽度约为基坑开挖深度的0.2~0.3倍。通过对土钉墙整体破坏机理的初步理论分析,认为整体破坏基本为一种楔形破坏体,其破坏是由于土钉与面层节点强度不足引起的,土钉的抗拔承载力是由土钉与面层的节点强度决定的,而不是由土钉的长度决定的。对比了四种不同的土钉与面层节点形式的节点强度,进而提出了当土钉较长时需要设置腰梁才可以使其发挥作用。 According to the failures of soil-nailing wall encountered in engineering practice, the failures are divided into three types, namely the local failure, the overall failure and the soil failure. In the overall failure, the nails are not completely pulled out or pulled off, but partially pulled out, and the joints between the nails and the surface are destroyed. The top width of the sliding body is about 0.2 to 0.3 times of the pit excavation depth. Preliminary theoretical analysis of the overall failure mechanism shows that the sliding body in the overall failure is a wedge, the failure is caused due to the insufficient strength of the joints between the nails and the surface, the pull-out bearing capacity of nails is determined by the joint strength, rather than the length of the soil nails. Through the comparison among the four different joints strength, it is proposed that the longer nails must be connected with waist beam for the soil nail function.
