摘要
目的:调查马鞍山市区托幼机构学前儿童身高生长情况,为评价学前儿童生长发育状况提供依据。方法:随机抽取3所幼儿园作为研究对象,共525名学前儿童(男263名,女262名),使用SPSS19.0分析所调查儿童2011年和2012年两次"六一"体检数据,运用2009年我国7岁以下儿童生长发育参考指标计算Z评分。结果:所调查儿童身高生长状况正常,生长迟缓率低于全国城市平均水平。结论:该次调查儿童生长发育状况良好,托幼机构专业保健人员应加强儿童体格发育评价专业知识和技能。
Objective To analyze height status of preschoolers in urban kindergartens of Ma＇anshan city,and to pro- vide reference for evaluation of physical development of preschoolers. Methods A total of 525 children,including 263 boys and 262 girls,from three kindergartens in the urban area of Ma＇anshan were randomly selected in this study with the collection of the physical examination information such as the height and weight from 2011 to 2012 to analyze their growing development. Three indicators of height for age Z--score （HAZ）,weight for age Z--score （WAZ） and weight for height Z--score （WHZ） were applied to test their growth retardation. The growth and development status of chil- dren were achieved in comparison with national growth reference index of children under 7 years old in 2009. SPSS19. 0 statistical software was adopted to carry out the statistical data analysis. Results Most of the children were above the average level and their growth and development are generally good. Conclusions Preschool staff should enhance their professional knowledge and skills of children＇s physical development evaluation.
