摘要
对于光弹调制器的定标 ,传统的是寻找探测信号中基频分量最大值的方法 ,本文对此进行了讨论 .根据贝塞耳函数 J0 (A)、J1(A)及其一阶导数的变化规律 ,提出一种通过测量直流分量来精确定标的新方法 ,该方法对延迟幅值 A在的较大范围 (1 0 3°~ 1 0 8°)内都能实现精确标定 ,同时由于在系统中省去了波片 ,可以实现在多波长的定标 .
The traditional calibration method of PEM is elaborated from theory.It is found that the method searching the fundamental component maximum has some disadvantages:the accuracy is difficult to improve and it can not calibrate for multi wavelength.By analyzing the first derivatives of Bessel functions J 0(A) and J 1(A),we know that the absolute value of the first derivative of J 0(A) is maximum in the range of 103°~108°.Another configuration to accurate calibration by detected the dc component is got according to the fact.In this configuration,a small change of peak retardation will cause an obvious change of dc component in the range of 103°~108°.Therefore,the accuracy of calibrtion is high in this configuration.Concurrently,calibration can be performing in broad wavelength band.
