本文论述了“引导市场”策略的含义及其与其他传统策略的异同,提出了已定型的企业实施该策略的障碍与措施。
This article provides some theories about market driving strategy based on the materials overseas. Firstly,the author compares the market driving strategy with three traditional strategies.Secondly,the article analyzed four obstacles to market driving in established firms.Finally, the article makes some recommendations on transferring from market driven to market driving in established firms.
