介绍了建立铁路现代物流中心的背景,解释了现代货运物流的概念,在比较山西省对非运输业务的收费政策和铁路货运改革后的"一口价"政策所存在差别的基础上,对太原地区货运(物流)中心产生的综合效益进行了对比分析,并阐明了建设物流中心的广阔发展前景。
This paper introduces the background concept of the modern freight center, and based on the of establishing the railway＇s modem logistics center, explains the comparison of the differences between the charging policy for non- transportation service and the fixed price policy after the railway freight reform in Shanxi Province, makes a comparative analysis on the comprehensive benefit produced by the Freight （Logistics） Center of Taiyuan Area, and expounds the broad development prospects of the construction of the logistics center.
