摘要
简述了我国古今工程移民的状况及我国现代工程移民的原则,分析了水利工程移民的基本特点,指出了目前水利工程移民中存在的问题,提出了我国现状下解决好水利工程移民问题的思路。
This paper briefly expounds the situations of ancient and modem engineering immigrants in China and the principles of the modem engineering immigration in China, analyzes the basic features of hydraulic engineering immigration, points out some problems existing in current hydraulic engineering immigration, and puts forward some ideas for solving well the problems in hydraulic engineering immigration under China＇ s present conditions.
