摘要
孤立性血尿是肾脏病医生临床工作中遇到的常见病。儿童单纯性血尿的常见病因是IgA肾病、Alport综合征和肾小球薄基膜病。对于对孤立性血尿患儿应定期随访,针对性地完善肾活检确定孤立性血尿的病因有利于改善患者的预后。
Isolated hematuria is a common disease which nephrologists encounter in clinical work.The causes of isolated hematuria predominantly include IgA nephropathy, Alport syndrome and thin basement membrane nephropathy.Renal biopsy is not recommended for all patients unless specific indications are present. However, we value the long term follow-up assessment in order to improve prognosis.
