摘要
聚丙烯因其良好的机械性能、加工性能、价格低廉而备受关注,但其低温脆性大、热变形温度低、易收缩等缺点也制约了该类材料的应用。聚丙烯性能的优化也成为学术界研究的热点问题。对聚丙烯的改性关键是对其分子链规整度、球晶尺寸的调控,β成核剂改性是聚丙烯改性中相对简单易行的方法。本文在综述了聚丙烯成核机理的基础上阐述了β成核剂的应用研究。
Polypropylene had attracted much attention because of its good mechanical properties, processabili- ty, low prices. But its low temperature brittleness, low heat distortion temperature, easy to shrink and other short- comings also restricted the application of these materials. Polypropylene performance optimization had become a hot issue in academic studies. The key of modified polypropylene was molecular chain of its regularity, spherulite size regulation, β nucleating agent modified polypropylene was relatively simple and easy method. This paper summarizes the polypropylene nucleation mechanism elaborated on the basis of β nucleating agent applied research.
