摘要
本文采用有限元数值模拟方法对圆管镦挤法兰一步及多步整体成形过程进行了模拟 ,分析了圆管坯料尺寸、摩擦对成形过程中材料流动的影响及缺陷产生的原因 。
In this paper,the forming process of tube flange by one step and multiple step is simulated using FEM.FEM simulation results were then used to analyze the influence of tube dimension and interface friction on the material flow and the cause of forming defect and the material flow of the specimen for different reductions was given.
