摘要
通过石灰石煅烧系统,基于组态王和仿真PLC构建起仿真系统,该仿真系统不仅可以采集到当前数据,还可以采集到历史数据,且其报警功能可以有效提醒操作人员。通过仿真表明,该仿真系统经济适用、可靠性高。
In this paper,the simulation system is constructed based on the Kingview and the simulation PLC through the limestone calcination system.The simulation system can not only to get the current data,but also the historical data,and the function of its alarm can remind operator effectively.It is demonstrated that the simulation is low-cost and high reliability.
