乳化石蜡对中纤板作用机理研究

摘要 本文用乳化石蜡作为防水剂制备沙柳材中密度纤维板,借助红外光谱分析、差示扫描量热分析、动态热机械分析等手段研究乳化石蜡的作用机理。结果表明:加入乳化石蜡,一方面使沙柳材纤维、UF树脂的表面亲水基团-OH、酰胺等数目减少,憎水基团-CH2数目增加,耐水性增强;另一方面使UF树脂中-NH2数量减少,对UF树脂固化起到不利影响;随石蜡乳液加入量增加,沙柳材中纤板静曲强度、弹性模量无显著变化,内结合强度呈下降趋势,吸水厚度膨胀率下降显著,当石蜡加入量为1.5%时,吸水厚度膨胀率下降了2.1%。 In this paper, paraffin emulsion was used as the waterproofing agent in Salix medium density fiberboard preparation. Anal- ysis the mechanism of paraffin emulsion to Salix medium density fiberboard with IR, DSC and DMA, and the result showed that when used the paraffin emulsion as the waterproofing agent, the number of hydrophilic groups, - OH and - CONH2, on the surface of Salix fiber and UF reduced, and the water resistance groups, - CHz ,increased, which enhanced the water resistance of the fiberboard. In addition, since the number of - NH2 in UF decreased by joining the paraffin emulsion, which is not conducive to the curing of UF res- in; The static bonding strength and the elastic modulus of the Salix medium density changed little, the internal bond strength showed a downtrend and the thickness swelling significantly decreased along with the increase of the amount of paraffin emulsion, when the a- mount of the paraffin emulsion was 1.5%, the thickness swelling reduced 2. 1%.
