摘要
目的:探讨彩色超声心动图在小儿先天性心脏病(CHD)诊断中的临床使用价值。方法:回顾性分析156例CHD患儿的彩色超声心动图资料,并与手术结果进行对比分析。结果:本组156例CHD患儿中,VSD 69例(44.23%),ASD 22例(14.10%),PDA 20例(12.82%),F4 37例(23.72%),复杂性CHD8例(5.13),超声心动图共检出148例,诊断准确率为94.87%。结论:彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断小儿CHD诊断准确率高,且具有直观、无创、安全、可反复操作的优点,值得临床推广。
Objective：Study of color ultrasound heartbeat graph in children with congenital heart disease （CHD） in the diagnosis of clinical use value. Methods：A retrospective analysis of 156 cases of children with CHD ultrasound heartbeat graph data, and the results were compared with operation results. Results：This group of 156 cases of children with CHD, 69 cases of VSD （44.23%）, ASD 22 cases （14.10%）, PDA 20 cases （12.82%）, F4 37 cases （23.72%）, CHD8 （5.13） cases of complexity, ultrasound heartbeat graph were found in 148 cases, the accurate diagnostic rate was 94.87%.Conclusion：Color Doppler ultrasound heartbeat graph diagnosis of pediatric CHD diagnosis with high accuracy, and has a direct, noninvasive, safe, reproducible, is worth the clinical promotion.
